ADVANCED FIGHTING AS NORMAL (YELLOW BELTS AND ABOVE ONLY) = 1500 – 1600hrs
Sunday 13th -
Yellow Belts = 1245 – 1330hrs
Green Belts = 1330 – 1415hrs
Purple Belts & Above = 1415 – 1500hrs
ADVANCED FIGHTING AS NORMAL (YELLOW BELTS AND ABOVE ONLY) = 1500 – 1600hrs
Saturday 19th - Invitational Championships - Hohne / Bergen
July -
Sunday 4th - Southern Karate Open Championships (Essex)
Friday 2nd - Senior session in King's School gym starting at 1830 - 2030hrs.
Saturday 3rd - CLUB GRADING
Slightly different approach than normal; training sessions for the following grades at the following times;
1000hrs - 1130hrs = White Belts
1135hrs - 1345hrs = Red Belts
1400hrs - 1600hrs = Orange & Yellow Belts
1600hrs - Onwards = GRADING
You do not have to be grading to attend the lessons, they are free to all in our club! Please make sure you have a bottle of water with you and turn up to the lessons 15 minutes beforehand!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EVENT WILL BE TAKING PLACE IN MANSERGH GYM!!
